Diabetes has become an epidemic in the world. It is of two types. Type 1 and Type 2.

Type 1 diabetes known as juvenile diabetes or insulin-dependent diabetes, is a chronic condition in which the pancreas produces little or no insulin. Insulin is a hormone needed to allow sugar (glucose) to enter cells to produce energy. Type 2 diabetes is a condition where body will be producing insufficient quantity of insulin or in other words there is an insulin resistance in the body. Improper diet and life style are the main reason for Type2 diabetes .
